The Detox Diet Soup Recipe

What if I said you can eat as much of this soup as you like?

And it tastes lovely

This is a variation on the soup that hospitals advise
for urgent weight reduction,before an operation

But you don’t need to be in pain to enjoy it.

  1. Its satisfying and encourages good elimination
  2. Even if you eat a couple of bowls you are maximizing
    your vitamin intake and improving your health.
  3. You can keep changing the ingredients used,
    so that you don’t get bored of the same recipe.

1 Scrape, clean and cut these vegetables ingredients

2 In a big pot, blanch:

    2 onions
    2/3 carrots
    ½ head white cabbage
    1 bunch celery
    1 leek

3 Turn heat down to simmer, then add

    2/3 different colours peppers (just about quarter/half of each)
    1 can of tomatoes
    1½/2 pts water
    2/3 vegetable cubes
    ½/1 teasp of sea salt and pepper to taste

4 Simmer for an hour or ½ hour and then blend or sieve

Eat this soup as often as you like

Optional: Radish, cauliflower, mushrooms, green beans, lettuce

Just don’t include potatoes nor eat with bread. Just ENJOY
